Tribute to Clarence Clemons in the Little Kids Rock Awards

Lady Gaga attended the October 20 at the charity auction organized by 'Little Kids Rock', an organization that promotes music education in poor schools.
She received the "The Big Man of the Year", named after the legendary Clarence "The Big Man" Clemons, who was a saxophonist of the aforementioned band, who helped Gaga song and video 'The Edge of Glory'and who sadly died on 18 June this year because of a stroke.
Gaga had a great appreciation for Clarence, so I dedicate this beautiful speech:
"Dad, remember? I wrote this song called 'The Edge Of Glory', and I wrote about my grandfather while he was dying last year. I remember my first experience with music was my father playing with vinyl E-Street Band. He used to turn me around the room while my mom cooked, and then after me on the floor began to mourn. Then he left the room, my mother followed him, and I asked: 'Mom, why dad crying? And she said: "Because someday will fall in love with another woman and I will leave." So then sounded "Thunder Road", my first memory of music. When I wrote 'The Edge of Glory', and when I finished the song, I told my friends and my father, 'There's something missing. "And they said, 'Well, what is?" And I said, "Oddly enough I remember my youth as it sounds." However, remembering my first encounter with music, listening to Clarence and the sound of his sax knew it was the sound of my youth. It is the only instrument and the only poetry that describes how I felt when I was five. When I was six my dad told me about growing up in New Jersey and the feeling that Bruce was to see to see Bruce on the boardwalk surrounded by girls on the beach.I had wanted to all be there when Clarence was playing. He played in the studio and it seemed like no time had passed, hows i still had 25 years. His hat, revealing his dreadlocks. From the moment I met him - he had some knowledge you all will know well, I realized that he had a huge heart. One of those hearts that surround you with that great spirit .. I knew it was fate. I knew that every time the song sounded like my grandfather was looking down, not thanking me for the gift I had given my fans, but the gift he had given to my father for having collaborated with Clarence on this disc .When he reached the Monster Ball, Clarence stood. And Victoria (his wife) told me, "He stood up, Gaga! And I was dancing! 'So tonight, how much I appreciate this award to me, I think the true woman of the year is Victoria. You are very strong and I think you have been very strong this year. Never forget the way that Clarence came into my life. I knew that would happen, is something like a sign of fate, as my little monsters. So my father has been proud of me.Clarence always live in our hearts. No limit when you come in the glory of Clarence.
